The hall hire includes 4 large tables and 40 chairs. More chairs are available on request.
The hall is around 15m long by 8m wide. These sizes include the stage area which is approximately 4m long by 5m wide. This leaves around 11m x 8m of floor space.
If you need time to set up before hand, or to clean up afterwards, then please book the extra time required.
We run bookings back to back, so you will not be able to access the hall before your booking start time, and must vacate the venue no later your booking end time.
Please make sure you leave the hall clean and tidy ready for the next person.
You must provide at least 7 days notice to rearrange or cancel a booking.
No credits or refunds will be issued if the appropriate notice is not given.
To rearrange or cancel a booking you will need to do this through your account.
